We prefer to do that on standard operations, as a heavy influx would not be needed and preferred to be dropped in constant small amounts. But for important things like wars, massive influx of supplies is heavily needed, so we believe that we must start building defenses and make it self-sustainable as soon as possible for it to survive on its own.
