your nation has a long history of atrocities in this galaxy. from the killing of vanian civilians, to the mass genocide of wisps on Devon, which were known to have been sentient. and as far as i can tell, your nation has never really done anything to make up for this. there was that mass killing you did on jing in the name of renegade justic- wait where'd this time warp come from? while you have offer apologies, you have not really tried to make up for it, and even acted hostile to the victims or relations of  the victims.  why is this, and is it expected to the par the course as the area sees greater direct rule from your central administration?
