what is your view on the splicing of DNA?

Its a literal pill that randomly changes pigmentation in the skin, eyes and hair. But for the most part, we don't want to end up looking like a Supox Bloomling, so we have vast restrictions on both gene modding for public use, and for the advancement of Ventaion Science.
