A very new-looking Kestvalan warship approaches. It is a battleship, the first Kestvalan ship of its size, and is boasts six large cannons and two huge missile launchers. It turns its weapons on the scout ships, and a laser-light signal emits from the ship. A male voice as well as text is transmitted.

"You have entered the domain of the Core Empire of Kestvala, First Triumph Region, Fortaar System. State your identification, affiliation, destination, purpose, any weapons equipped on your starship, the number of crew on board, and the cargo that you carry, in that order. Failure to do so now will result in destruction of your vessel. Any information that is discovered to be false is punishable by a maximum severity of death as determined by the Kestvalan Military High Command."
