Rysannox continues talking about his mysterious ancestors nevertheless, as if he wants to intrigue the dragon "Oh they did not use violence  ...well, they initially experimented a lot, but it wasn't violence the key. Anyway, I digress...  your assumption is correct; the Talmyr is our leader, she leads and guides our species ..though our species not always follows, and this is the problem. We're a rather populous society of individuals, that is separated by class, religion, nation and tons of other parameters  ...the best approach would be not to converse with my species at all, but given that it is too late to suggest that  ..I suggest modesty, remaining silent and generally being mysticist. Don't tell much, don't ask much and everyone will be happy."
Rysannox still seems skeptical and he now continues, but in a far more inquisitive tone "How would you have it?   ..the perfect world, I mean."
Erixen sarcasticaly raises his eybrow and voice.. "tιts n' wine for me, please!"

Xefr didn't seem perturbed, his eyes and voice remained calm and neutral. "Be modest, silent, and mysticist you say? Hm, the Mystic Shard would do wonderfully here then, as this culture seems built for him. And while not telling should be easy enough, not asking questions will prove more of a challenge. But I will endure. Your society doesn't sound much different from many of the multi-species ones I have encountered over the years, yet it is interesting how one species spread so far and changed so much on its own. And while I would prefer we move on from the subject, I will answer your question. My idea of a perfect world, as you put it, would be a world in which all sapient species can go about their lives without conflict or violence against one-another. It wouldn't matter what government was in place, what species anybody was, or what they all did with their lives, I would just want a place where nobody would suffer. Alas, such a place is not possible, for conflict can only be slowed, never halted forever. That is why my task shall be difficult, and it may take another millennia to even begin laying the foundation. An unrealistic goal indeed, but it is mine. I hope that satisfies you, and we may move the conversation onward."
The Technological Spirit behind Xefr rolled his eyes at the Black Dragon's explanation of a "perfect world", visibly irritated by it. The Warrior wasn't paying attention, and his eyes were fixated on the ground, constantly moving from side-to-side in panic towards an unseen thing.

Rysannox smiled at the naive and inconceivable quest of this good-hearted dragon, but refrained from mocking him in any way.. "Ah, this is an age-old quest that many have tried accomplishing and failed! I hope you succeed  ..just let me give you a small advice; better enjoy life as it is, than live to change it. It never ends well if you insist." He then scratches his chin as if trying to remember something "..you said it seems peculiar that we have so many variations and differences while still of one species, and perhaps it is to you ...but I frankly could not imagine Ghashyr not being divided. I mean, which species of individuals has a single culture, language and creed? Seems absurd. But I digress yet more, we indeed should talk about trade  ...what would the Dragons back home say if presented with a bilateral non-aggression treaty and single trade-route linking our capitals?"
Erixen who watches the warrior spirit notices his peculiar behaviour "Sir Xefr  ...your friend, erm ...the hologram ...he doesn't seem allright."

Xefr turned his head and looked at his trembling companion. With a concerned voice, he speaks to the Warrior's counterpart. "Take the Guardian Shard to the ship and check on the Forbidden one. If it has made a resurgence, knock it down. Go." The Dragon in Power-Armor nodded, and his eyes flashed white. Then, he and the warrior were gone, with only a few dissipating blue particles where they stood.
The Black Dragon sighed, and turned back to the Ghashyr. There was a still a hint of concern in his voice, but it had mostly returned to usual calm, "I apologize for that, my life is quite the complicated mess. Don't worry about him, he will be fine. And Captain, the Guardian Shard is not a hologram. He is a being of pure Psionic Energy. Though by his appearance, I don't blame you for thinking that. Now then, my kind would certainly be open to a mutual non-aggression pact and trade, though you'd have to be more specific about the capital. The Golden-Dragon home-world is not the same as the capital planet of Iammelon, though I believe either one would be fine with them. I can also tell you that they would be especially interested in any special metals your civilization has come across."

The captain and his Lord where immensely confused by Xefr's explanation of what that poor dragon hologram was, Rysannox raised his eybrows and tried to appease some of the questions circling around his mind by asking the black drake... "A being of pure psionic Energy you say! Only the mighty Taggarens where cabable of such feets, amusing! Was he destined to become like that, or it was some form of accident?"  ..the captain being more sympathetic to the poor dragon since it reminded him of his war veteran friend, interrupted Rysannox "I hope he's allright, it seems as if something troubled his soul immensely, perhaps a bad memory..."
Rysannox looked at Erixen in a strict way, making him a signal with his hand to cut the chit chat and then  tried to continue the conversation from where it was left off... "Ehm, Anyway  ...I'll let you know that our empire is quite rich in metals and extremelly advanced in metallurgy. The most rare and useful metal to us Ghashyr is Arsaz with wich we produce Arsazezyn  ...a metal of great capabilities and strength. Our many Worlds possess many other important metals though, like Titanium and of course; iron! As for the trade-routes  ...let's begin with the Dragon homeworld, considering it is dragons that we encountered first and it is a dragon standing before me as of now."

Xefr remained calm, until Rysannox mentioned memories, and then visibly became more uncomfortable. "I will answer that question and any others you may have later captain, but I will say Rysannox was actually quite close with his mention of a bad memory... But let's move on. It is quite you are skillful with metal, as that will interest the Dragons of my land greatly. And if your Arsaz proves valuable to them, they will certainly pay well for it. And that does make sense, and it will certainly be a more simple process than with the true capital, considering the mess that place is. I have strings to pull in Excave, and Tyfrondor is both tolerant and sensible, so convincing him of accepting shall not prove too difficult."
At this moment, the second of the Energy Dragons returned in another flash of light, alone. His clearly content voice rang out in the minds of all around him, though it was clearly targeted at Xefr. "The Guardian Shard rests for now, and the forbidden one's shackles have been tightened. There won't be anymore problems." At the end of his declaration, he flashed a smug draconic smile.

(Captain Erixen mentioned the memory   ...Rysannox is more of a cold technocrat caring for trade.)
Rysannox full of pride and with a deep aristocratic tone in his voice responded to the Drake as soon as the second Energy dragon stopped talking "...I hope everything is good now. Anyway, Arsaz is a very usefull metal  ...some think its only use is its beauty, but they couldn't be more wrong; Arsaz has extreme sustainability in temperature changes and after we temper with it, it can even withstand laser blasts and plasma   ...the main problem is that it is available in a far smaller frequency than other metals, which also makes it quite expensive. Do tell Lord Terfyndor that we would gladly trade Arsaz with him  ..however he must understand that our supplies are limited, due to being used extensively by our army and technology industries..."
Captain Erixen seems still haunted by the look in that poor Dragon's eyes  ..being a war veteran himself he has seen a similar look many times, so he approaches Xefr "Are you sure that energy friend of yours is ok? I had a friend once that, well...  nevermind." ...Rysannox once again made it clear through his body language that Erixen was talking more than he was supposed to.

(Urps, I mixed them up. I really shouldn't RP when I'm tired.)

Xefr almost began to speak, but was cut off by the Energy Dragon as stepped foward to gladly answer Erixen's question. "He's fine! I can assure of you of that! This has happened before, we know how to handle it. He will make a full recovery within a few hours, just needs some rest now that the Forbidden one has been thrown deeper into his cell!" Throughout the entirety of his little speech, the smug grin never falters. However, it does once Xefr coughs audibly. The Shard, taking the hint, shuts up and steps back.
The Black Dragon then continues in his normal tone, "Yes, the Guardian will be fine. He has endured far worse in his time. Anyways, this Arsaz sounds like a wonderful metal. But don't worry, Tyfrondor won't ask for too much, as he understands the value and importance of having the best for one's militaries, and he'll likely only request a small amount at first anyways. He isn't one for stressing trade partners."

Caprain Erixen smiles at the reassurance of the energy Dragon, bows and backs down a bit  ...standing next to Rysannox he leans and mutters something in his ear, to which Rysannox responds with a subtle nod.
In the meanwhile Rysannox felt a tad bit embarrased that he mistaked the Dragon-Talmyr's name.. "Tyfrondor, yes. I apologise to have mistaken your Lord's name. Let's hope that our trade routes will flourish and perhaps some day Dragons may make an appearance before the Ghashyr as a whole  ..not just in secret meetings." He suddenly stares at Xefr and sporting a curious look, continues.. "All is well, but your Energy ..colleague, referred a 'Forbidden one', so, may I learn what this 'Forbidden one' is? Does it pose a threat for Shyr?"

The Energy Dragon almost steps up once more, but is stopped by a smack from Xefr's tail, which somehow lands on the incorporeal form.
Xefr speaks instead, calm and with an air of certainty as he explains, "The Forbidden one is similar to the Shard right here, as well as the Guardian in recovery. It was even created in the same fashion, though unlike my comrades it is not to be trusted, and is dangerous to be around. However, it is in custody, and won't escape for another thousand years. It will pose no threat to your people, especially not if I still live. And I also hope that your people will get along well with mine, cooperation is a wonderful thing. Now then, may I see the inside of this sanctuary? We have been outside for quite a while now."

Rysannox bows his head satisfied by the drake's response.. "Ah, Good, for a moment there I thought you were carrying an unstable demonic monster along with you  ...and you couldn't be more right, I got carried away! Of course and we shall go inside the sanctuary  ..I think you'll find the frescos fascinating. Follow me - and no need to keep your head down either, it was made by a dragon after all!"

As they enter the massive dome, they view a large stone statue of a dragon sitting on a rock with his tail forming a small fountain. He holds a a big pitcher with his right claw that purs water into the fountain, and a palm branch on his left. His face bears an awfully happy smile and his eyes seem to be closed due to this expression.
Rysannox approaches and drinks some of the water, then turns to Xefr.. "This is Saint Mo'Tze'Khan the Kind, Saint of the Red Mountains  ...one of the old Saints. This was his cave.."
The walls of the sanctuary appear to be covered in ancient and somewhat mistreated frescos, mostly bearing a brown Dragon and Ghashyr, as well as forgotten clawmark writing.

Xefr walks up to the statue, looking it over with an appraising gaze. After a few seconds, his eyes turn back to Rysannox, "Well, he certainly looks happy, and judging from his title it seems that he was a good person. By the history lessons you gave earlier, he must of been one of the old dragons, before your war broke out. Must have been liked, since this place doesn't seem to have fallen into complete disrepair. Can you tell me more about him? Oh, and are you sure that water is healthy? This place seems to be fairly old."
The Energy Dragon seemed more interested in the frescoes, and instead approached those. While looking them over, he spoke but it seemed that he was speaking to himself more than anybody else. "Well, it seems you were right, these paintings are very interesting. Shame I don't understand the writing, would probably help add context to this picture.

Rysannox laughs a bit and walks near the frescos besides Xefr, gazing at them full of glee.. "Ah, a history lover like me, good; I'll translate to you the history of the Saint, it is already depicted in this room and I happen to have studied the Clawmark Writing! As for the water; it comes from a natural spring, it can't be cleaner than that."
Rysannox points at a Fresco depicting the Brown Dragon flying over the desert and talks in a narrative voice "Mo'Tze'Khan Dragon Was Sad and Great. Water Sold At Travellers in Expensive Rate" ..he moves to the next fresco depicting the Brown Dragon and a Ghashyr woman begging "One Day Poor Soul Water and Shelter Did Ask. Mo'Tze'Khan did Frown and Bask: No Water For Poor Soul - My Water awaits Gold!" ...Rysannox continues to another fresco depicting the dragon alone in his cave "Mo'Tze'Khan did Count his Gold. But Alone Dragon and Soul Cold." ..the next fresco depicts the Dragon smelting gold in his rage and searching his hoard "Mo'Tze'Khan did Burn his Wealth. Searched for Pincher to Amend Mistakes, But Pincher had melt." ..This fresco seems to have a fire figure above that enightens the Saint, it shows the Dragon sad above the Spring.. "Brave Decision Mo'Tze'Khan had to Make; For Water Not Long In Mouth Could Bear - For Fire of Lungs Turned It Into Thin Air"
..the next fresco is one of three giant ones, depicting the dragon putting his head inside the spring and half-drowning "Fire of Lungs good Mo'Tze'Khan did end - The Thirst of Other Soul to End" ..the second of the three depicts the dragon travelling at night and reaching the poor Ghashyr woman from later and bringing her water with his mouth as she was dying, and her standing up and hugging him "Mo'Tze'Khan Thirst of Poor Soul Erased. Though Fire of Langs lacked. Fire of Soul now Had." the final of all the frescos depicts the Ghashyr turning into a Flame "Kind Dragon Mo'Tze'Khan. Now Know That Gold Is Cold and Fiery is Only Soul. For Every Soul is Eternal but Matter is not." in the end the dragon is depicted smiling with his eyes closed and the flame figure transforming into a small pincher full of water.
Rysannox wipes the sweat off his head and turns to the Black Drake.. "Phew! And that, Xefr, is the story of how Saint Mo'Tze'Khan claimed his sainthood and became the savior of all travellers with his small pincher - always bringing water to lost souls."

As Rysannox read out the writing, the two Dragons listened intently. As he finished, Xefr smiled. "What a lovely story. From greed to kindness, and if I heard right he also sacrificed his fire breath. He certainly earned his title, if that story is true. And I suppose that's also why this place was built, to both honor him and provide shelter or water to travelers. Thank you for telling me that tale, I hope I can use it to inspire the others of my race to perform such acts of good more often. For his sake, I hope Mo'Tze'Khan died of natural causes. Now then, is there anything else of interest here? Or shall we continue our previous discussion?"
The Energy Dragon's attention was lost once the story was over, and he decided to explore the Sanctuary, looking for anything that stuck out.

Rysannox smiles and nods "It is indeed true, since there are records describing his lack of a fire-breath, as well as his minor health problems regarding that matter. He died of old age with a smile on his face and many loved ones around him. After his spiritual transformation he moved to the High Chantry of Gardax where he learned more about the Eternal Fire; the priesthood sent him on to preach words of kindness  ..but wherever he went, instead of preaching he just helped people  ...including teaching two enemy desert tribes to cultivate in the mountains instead of fighting for an oasis! This is pretty much what the rest of the frescos describe." he then looks around a bit "There is a catacomb where Fire-Worshippers hid during the 'Ascend of the Light', though there aren't many things of interest there   ...I guess we can continue our previous discussion, yes."

The Energy Dragon notices a carving in the wall in the shape of a Dragon paw  ...roughly his owns' size.
