Re'Ni fell to the side as Tec jumped back. As she rised on her feet and opened her eyes and noticed the second black dragon, Myrsa and Rysannox, she was again unsure if this was just a weird nightmare, madness slowly taking charge of her mind, or reality. Being confused she laughs nervously first, then roars and shouts with all her psionic might {"hahahaAAAARGHH! ALL SHUT UP! Too much for single lizard in single day!"} She then points with her paw's claw at Myrsa {"First. What stupid monkey Queen do here? Has to do with situation? Thought was ill.."} She then points at Xefr {"And other Valx! What is name? Is even real?"} she then turns her eyes without turning her head towards Tec and mutters silently {"Hope this all has good explanation."} ..her eyes seem to look at the ground now, her face looking extremely confused and worried as she is about to have a mental breakdown.

Myrsa and Rysannox stepped back as Re'Ni roared, beign extremely confused at her presence for different reasons  ...both nevertheless understood nothing of what Re'Ni said, since Shyrite Dragon psionic talk was undetected by Ghashyr without training from both sides. She really didn't know what to do; explain and reveal that her House broke the very oath that kept the religion of the Eternal Fire alive, or just pretend that she doesn't have a clue and that the dragon is just another alien one...
Rysannox tried mumbling a few words to Xefr "Is this your wife, or something?  ..she seems angry"

Xefr noted the reactions of the Ghashyr, particularly Myrsa's. With that, and what Re'Ni had said, he formulated a conclusion in his head. However, his attnetion was quickly focused on the female dragon once he realized what she was doing, and how closely it resembled the Guardian Shard when he was near the breaking point. This in particular worried him, because if the next stage was any similar they were all in danger. He quickly spoke to Re'Ni, using dragon speech in his psionic talking, in a calming voice, "Re'Ni, please steady yourself. I am Xefr, and you have already met Tech, and we are both very much real dragons. I implore you not to worry yourself, for this all has a good explanation. I and my companion there came to this world in an attempt to speak of relations with the Ghashyr peoples, so of course their Talmyr and Rysannox came to see if we were true and to talk. Besides, if that shout I heard earlier was indeed you..." Mid-speech, Xefr opened a psionic dialogue to Myrsa, and spoke to both females at once, though Myrsa heard basic instead of draconic, "...then Myrsa here came for the same reason as you did. She simply wanted to know if other Valxes existed, just like you. But I wouldn't worry about her, she has already mentioned that she has business elsewhere, and should be leaving at any moment... So please, calm yourself. Just relax, Tec can answer any other questions you may have. Nobody here is against you." With this, he then looked at Tec and nodded.
This prompted Tec to step foward towards Re'Ni again. He started speaking in a calm, soothing tone, "See Re'Ni? You're safe, and you are not the last of your kind. Both me and Xefr are here, and the Ghashyr can't hurt you. Because if they even wanted to try... They would have to go through both of us first, and that will never happen..."

While Tec spoke, Xefr gave Myrsa a discreet nod, and then turned to Rysannox. He opened a line to him, "She certainly is angry, though also confused and scared, but I don't recognize her. But who knows? I forget many things, and the Shard clearly has a better hold on the situation than I do. I propose we let him defuse the situation, while standing by ready to assist if need be.

Re'Ni's look stopped being confused, her eyes were now filled with a confused rage instead while still looking at the ground. She suddenly raises her head facing Xefr directly {"Xefr better speak truth. Or Re'Ni make speak it. One way, or other.  ..If this be trick of monkey Queen; Re'Ni not fond of roast meat, but make exception."} she then turns to the tech shard, the look on her eyes could perhaps cut through him like a knife cuts through butter. {"YOU! Why not tell Re'Ni of other Valx? And is wrong -  Tec know not of grey monkeys. Know not of what cabable   ...know not of Re'Ni either; Re'Ni not helpless! Not ask of stupid foreign dragon help  ..only trust ..and understanding."} The black female dragon relaxed a bit after she spoke and exhaled a big portion of hot air from her mouth along with some sparks, now her look towards Tec was more calm, and even slightly regretful...

Myrsa took Erixen by the hand and taking the hint started moving away "Eh, I guess that you dragons will have a lot to share  ..and an empire does not run itself now, does it?" she turns with a really worried and sad look at Xefr "Good Luck"  ..as she did she simultaneously tried her best to send him a message through her thoughts, hoping that Xefr would pick it up {"Take care of Re'Ni, me and my ancestors never did that properly"}

Rysannox who had grasped the fundamentals of psionic discussion from his encounter with the Formics tried to give a response through his thoughts as well. "A tremendous idea. It seems she is startled by Ghashyr though ..I will move inside."

Xefr nodded silently to the two Ghashyr, and sent out a response message to Myrsa, "I shall do what I can to help those who need it, for that is my goal. I make no exceptions. But next time we meet, lady Talmyr, I hope that you can answer my questions."

After watching the Ghashyr leave, the drake looked back to Re'Ni. His voice was clear, but otherwise displayed no emotion, "Very well then Re'Ni. I will tell you the truth as I know it. And I can already tell that you do not wish my pity, so I will withhold it. I came to this planet at the request of a Ghashyr explorer, who wanted me to come to his world as proof that dragons still existed. I complied, so with my ship I came, and I brought two companions with me to the surface. One was Tec, and the other was Guardian, both dragons. Guardian however, became sick, and has since gone to rest, leaving me and Tec here. So simply put, we are not of your world. We are dragons yes, but of another home. But... If what I saw and heard in that tomb was true, then our two races may be more alike than I had previously believed. So, I do not wish to hurt you because you may be a piece of a puzzle that I wish to see completed. Tec however... had no such goal. He was scared of what was inside the lower depths, and while I met with that Ghashyr Queen, who had come to see if I was real, Tec must have met with you. I know not of his goals, if he even had any to begin with. But I suppose the question is do you see malice in his eyes? After all, it is your choice as to whether you believe me and Tec. We cannot and will not force you to, so it is your judgement that decides it all. Though I must ask you, lady Valx, what did Tech offer you?"

While Xefr spoke, the Shard was undergoing his own little breakdown. He cowered and shrank back at Re'Ni's look and words, unable to speak. It was only after his companion finished that he gained enough confidence to speak. "I'm sorry! Of course I was wrong, and of course I failed. It's because I am a failure! I fail everybody I know or meet, from you to Xefr to all my friends! I don't know why I'm even trying, anything I say is worthless, or just makes everything worse. I can't help anybody, and I don't know how to control my feelings. Around you Re'Ni, my head goes moot and my heart's pounding is louder than any coherent thought, so I'm just useless to you! Put your trust in Xefr, because I'm not worth any of it! He'll be able to understand you at least..." Tec then dropped to the ground, and curled up into a sort of ball, covering his face with his wings. He was almost silent, though some muffled sounds made their way through. This also gained the attention of Xefr, who looked over at his companion in worry.

The confusion and clouds inside Re'Ni's mind start to clear up as Xefr seriously explains to her the situation she came upon, and she finally manages to regain her good old self  ..the fact that Rysannox moved back inside also helped. Her tone is now far more calm and serene, thinking that she overreacted..
Spoiler (hover to show)
{"Lizard quick to mistrust Xefr ..and Tec. No, lizard see not threat to Re'Ni. ...Re'Ni many years hid feelings, many years tried appear calm when not   ...now showed and now truly calm. Speaking for Tec  ..no Re'Ni see not malice in eyes, Re'Ni see l.."} as she turns to look on the shard and listens to what he said, it was as if his words and body language pierced her right through her heart - she knew these feelings very well herself.
She walked right next to him and turned her head over his. In a tone angry and worried in the same time she shouted in desperation, not wanting any other being suffering because of her.. {"LISTEN TEC. GET IT TOGETHER - YOU NOT FAILURE! ..You know not Re'Ni, but gave hope for home - told Re'Ni live with Tec!  ...You know not Re'Ni, yet you showed affection and care when need! You know not this lonely stupid lizard with demons in mind and embraced  ..and this stupid lizard felt this. No. Tec not failure. Care and Love never failure."} nearly withholding her tears and not knowing what more to say, she just lowers her head down to the shard and instictively licks his cheek then puts her snoot beneath his and tries to get the shard to stand up.
Her entire body still shakes as she does, mixed feelings and thoughts revolving inside her troubled mind as they always did.

With her prompting, Tec slowly stood up, stumbling a few times along the way. At first his gaze remained locked on the ground, but after a few seconds he brought his confused eyes to Re'Ni's. He stammered out some words, still on the verge of breaking, "Sorry for that... I guess I'm not that stable. I really don't know what to say, but thank you Re'Ni. Your words really help, maybe I'm less of a failure than I thought. I meant everything I said, so that offer is still open if you want it. I can still give you that home I promised, and frankly I would be overjoyed if you accepted. Though, I'd understand if you didn't want it anymore..."

Xefr just watched silently from the side. He knew what Tech was offering, and wasn't about to get in the way. Not like he had the choice anyways, the Ship did belong to Tech and it wouldn't work without him, so he was allowed to invite people aboard. Besides, Re'Ni interested the Drake, particularly in the fact that she was apparently the last member of a long extinct species. One that was also apparently was sent to defeat those strange harpy things, and closely related to his own kind. He had a feeling she would be important in the times to come.

The female black drake leaned her head to the side while sporting a big smile, looking slightly judgemental.. {"Of course Re'Ni wants live with Tec! But Tec must treat self as treat others... not beat self, not kill self, but show kindness and love to self. Re'Ni not want see good Valx cowering like that again! This is order!"} her tone seems more serious and strict as she finishes what she had to say, yet her smile doesn't leave her face  ...she reaches even closer and places her wing above the shard, covering him with it, while her tail unintendedly touched Tec's tail. Her serene smile turned into a tremendously awkward one and she gave out a loud nervous laugh "Hahaha ..oh, Re'Ni not meant to  ..Re'Ni means.. ehm.. where is Valx starship?"}

Tec froze for a second upon the tail contact, but quickly recovered. Displaying an awkward smile of his own, he chuckled, "Haha, heh... Understood Ma'am, I'll follow your order to the letter! And my ship? Well... I suppose I should call it then, and you can see it for yourself..." Tec closed his eyes for a bit, and a small psionic ping went out. Soon, the Clouds in the sky broke as Soul's Eclipse flew down into the lower atmosphere. Parking itself right over the sanctuary, the Vessel awaited the passengers on the ground. This display caused the Shard to gleefully smile in pride, "There she is! Nice and big, perfect size for a Dragon! Now for how we get aboard... Say, have you ever teleported before?"

Xefr was content with how this situation had gone, and went back into the building to get Rysannox. They still had a job to do, and he wasn't about to leave the Ghashyr behind, even if he would make Re'Ni uncomfortable.

Re'Ni stood there admiring the big ship, she then adopted a snarky yet friendly tone in her voice {"Self thought Valx ship big. But this big? Hahaha! Hope not lose touch once in! Come visit Re'Ni frequently!"} she then turned back at Tec {"Teleport?  ..Tec means move-mind? Very hard  ...Re'Ni cannot achieve"}

Inside the sanctuary Rysannox seems to be checking some holographic depictions of the Galactic Map and comparing it to the picture with the stars and dragons from the chamber "I found something interesting Xefr  ..anyway, did your friend calm herself? As much as I like Valxes, I do not wish to donate myself to one as a healthy snack."
Xefr can feel someone mumbling inside him something about how ignorant and cheap at speciesist humour the new species are.

Tec's smile only got wider, and while his tone was friendly it was underlined with smugness, "Psionically teleporting is difficult, and while I know how to do it, it really expends more energy than just flying there manually would, so it isn't really worth it. But thankfully, this is where technology becomes useful..." Suddenly he pulls Re'Ni close, "Hold on tight." The Shard's eyes then suddenly flash, and Re'Ni can feel a tingle throughout her body, before everything goes white for a split second. And after that incredibly brief moment, Re'Ni and Tec stand within the same hanger that Xefr originally met Erixen in. The Shard maintains his smug demanour, seemingly used to the teleportation process, "I hope that didn't feel too weird, not everybody reacts well to teleportation."

-

Xefr had a hunch on who was mumbling, but didn't act on it. Instead, he simply shrugged on the outside and spoke to Rysannox in his normal tone. "She has been calmed, so no worries there. And while I'm interested in what you have found, I must know if you are ready to leave. The Ship is here, and I wouldn't want to keep its crew waiting. But if what you have found can't be discussed there, then feel free to inform me now."

Re'Ni slightly jealous, rolls her eyes and snorts as Tec mentions he can psionically teleport, but soon her interest to see the inside of the ship makes her move on without a snarky comeback. The Shyrite dragon holds on tight on Tec, perhaps too tight, and as soon as the teleportation is over she coughs a few flames and looks at him silently at first, as if not liking all this recent smuggness of his  ...she nevertheless smiles and pats Tec with her paw {"Hahaha. Good - Not weird. ...And yes; Not all react good to new things, but name's Re'Ni  ..not All"} As she starts to look around She stretches her wings and lays down {"Light not very strong for bask. Special room for that?"}

Rysannox took a look on his findings before responding "I do not think it is that important. Just some peculiar patterns  ..we may as well proceed to your ship. Erixen mentioned that it is enormous; As large as an Azgorlanor battleship and larger! Heh, I see forward to judge with my own eyes since spacemen are known to exaggerate a bit."

The Shard went into thought for a second, and then nods. The smugness disappears from his voice, but he remains friendly, "I think the observatory in the upper decks can fulfill that purpose. Its big, and the only real feature of the room is its massive windows, so lots of light gets in. I think it would do for basking." And then, in a brilliant flash of light, appears another Shard. Still unmaterialized and in his normal blue color, and wearing his medieval-style dragon armor, this Shard looks to Tec and snorts. "Welcome back to the Ship, Tech. And before you ask, I haven't broken anything, just came to greet you and E..." That was when he noticed Re'Ni, and snorted again. "Alright then... Tech... What the hell did you do to Xefr? I don't remember him being female, or ever undergoing that sort of transformation. And no, I'm not having memory problems right now, so don't make that comment."

-

Xefr grinned, "Well, I don't know how big your battleships are, so I think I'll need you to make the comparison. In fact, why not do with your own eyes right now? The Ship is right outside, parked above. Come on, let's not keep it waiting." The Black Drake then turned around, and proceeded to walk outside.

While surprised by the appearance of the unmaterialised dragon, Re'Ni did not seem to be startled by him. She instead walked near the energy being and laughed at his own confusion.. {"HAHAHA! Not Xefr! Xefr still male.. Name Re'Ni and always female."} She leans her head to the side a bit, investigating his appearance {"Have heard and see of psionic spirits  ..never see dragon though.. what be name? Hope not malevolent spirit."} While appearing calm, some form of white power started forming on her paw and her feelings where suggesting otherwise..

-

As they went outside Rysannox remained ecstatic at first and his eyes widened at the sight. Being a spaceship enthusiast he was really excited to view a spaceship as large, and one made by dragons nonetheless.. "Erixen wasn't exaggerating at all, it actually is slightly bigger than an Azgorlanor battleship. What a magnificent colossus! ...well, what are we waiting for? Do we walk in, or energise?"

The Shard picked up on her actions and contradictory feelings, and simply snorted, again. Looking straight at Re'Ni, he materialized himself and spoke in a clear, slightly annoyed voice, "I wouldn't recommend trying anything, lady. I don't want to expose Tec to a murder, so let's stay civil. I am the Guardian Shard, protector of this ship. And I'm not a Spirit, because if I was then Tech would be breaking down right now, especially if I was a malevolent one. I am a Shard, a collection of memories and feelings given life. But don't think that makes me lesser, I am equal to any Dragon in mind or body, for as you can see I can make myself material at any time. Now... are we done here? I have work to do." After he finished, Guardian conjured up what seemed to be a very large bottle, and started inspecting it.
Tec walked up beside Re'Ni, and tried to calm the situation, "Hey now, don't worry about Guardian, Re'Ni. He's fine, and keeps the ship safe from ghosts and other psionic nuisances. Besides..." Tec shot a dark glance at the other Shard, "Even if he is supposed to be resting right now... He isn't the kind of drake to make a stupid move..." The Guardian just shrugged at this, his attention seemingly focused on making sure his drink was clean.

-

Xefr turned to Rysannox, and said one word, "Energize." The Drake's eyes flashed, and then the Ghashyr felt the same sensation that Re'Ni felt before, as the world went white for that brief second, before coming back together aboard the vessel. However, Xefr and Rysannox were not in the same hanger as Re'Ni, but were off in a side-hanger. The Black Dragon, seemingly undisturbed the feeling of teleportation, once again looked at Rysannox, "Ready for a tour? Oh, and if you're feeling sick, do tell, as not everybody fares well in the teleportation process."

Re'Ni lowers her paw and the white energy dissappears, she didn't like the tone of the guardian shard though and remained slightly alert even after his explanation.. {"Hmmm. Yes. Re'Ni understands ...Guardian - Valx, but half-Transcendent. Good. If spirit now dead."} she then moves closer to Tec and adopts the most snarky smile she could while talking to him and discreetly pointing with her wing at the guardian shard {"Hahaha...Re'Ni sees 'work' ...Self guesses guardian shard is guardian of booze? If so; doing lousy job."}

-

Rysannox looks around with a big smile on his face, he wanted to bring his telecom device out and take some pictures but decided against it as to not lose his seriousness "Amazing! It is rather  ...spacey! I like it! ..and no, I have no problem with teleportation, I'm not a child. Now where should we go?"
