"This is Ty'Xyyr'Thylshk, Chief R&D Developer for the Chrymerion Imperius. I humbly request a sample from each of your strongest ship armors as well as a single unit of each of your most powerful FTL engines. This is for an experiment in designing a more powerful ship armor and a more efficient & powerful engine. All who wish to join me may do so on board the Cruiser Pyth'kekthx which is in orbit over the first planet. Compensation will be made if desired. Once completed, all species assisting in the endeavor will be given plans and a functioning vessel with the armor and engine that is developed. Thank you."
