The Undying Will of Fire

((Here you go Eteru))

The journey was smooth and safe, and within a day they exited the hyperlane connecting directly to the and cradle of the Diyelian civilization, Leirdar Halschdrix, where the hyperpower capital-state Frontreiweld Elyss is located.

The system is packed with enormous capital defenses, every planet and moons orbiting it is heavily armored with the the strongest planetary rings full of defensive systems and hundreds of orbital defense stations encircling every one of it. Two layers of thick asteroid belts where hidden defense outposst and gates are located on the system, further ensuring security. On the planet, they landed on Chryseus, one of the moons orbiting Diyel Frontreia Prime, the planet of origin of the Diyelir people. The moon has been turned into a massive outpost and dock, with its twin moon becoming the shipyard and armory of the system.

The contingent's ship were all detained for security reasons and all of them went into strict compliance, making sure that no one of them causes trouble or is a potential spy working for someone. They all went first into a series of extreme psychological tests, as they were just allowed visitors and not official allied delegates, before all of them was permitted to finally board ships going to the planet itself.

The planet was unlike anything they have seen before. The planet is surrounded by planetary rings and massive orbital stations, making an "armored" appearance. The rings themselves looks habitable, with presence of artificial vegetation coupled with structures and fortified garrisons, with orbital and anti-space weapons which are viewable from space. The planets looks lush from orbit, making the contingent wonder on where on the planet's surface were the Diyelian cities located, as it doesn't seem that there is one. Upon arriving at the surface, all that they have seen was an endless paradise, where the whole planet is covered in lush vegetation in a view of infinite species of fauna and flora. Large swaths of cities can be seen everywhere, sky-extending towers of blacks and iridescent covered in plant and animal life, making it clear to their visitors the extent of their environmental prowess. After an hour of touring into the never-ending forest and cities camouflaged into it, they arrive at their destination- the entrance to the great capital of Frontreia. The entrance is situated in a plateau, dotted with important structures such as airfields, industrial structures and environmental control buildings like atmosphere control towers. Heavily-fortified lines of garrison and fortresses can be seen as well, from the cliffs of the plateau lined with orbital cannons and anti-air weapons camouflaging with the greenery around it and the bunkers and trenches along the edges, where the soldiers can be seen training and guarding it, to the network of massive encampments and barracks that connects the whole plateau. The entrance to the underground capital, as what to the contingent are briefed into a while ago, is a large, enclosed valley which is encircled by a steep mountain range and surrounded by pockets of planetary defense; the entrance to it is a fortified narrow cliff that leads into an enclosed environmental dome, in which the island in the center of a gargantuan-sized lake leads to a network of tunnels, that goes directly into the underground roads to the Capital itself. The dome is connected to the island via towers extending to the dome, with the dome serving as a giant solar panel. This, together with all of the previous scenery that have seen, could be seen to make the Eteruans and Eirfvenzienians looked astonished by the carefully planned architecture and engineering capabilities of the Diyelians.

Below the ground, the real view of the Capital would be seen. Underground towers extending from the floor up to the ceiling of the subterranean cavern network are numerous, with artificial lighting all over that supplies that city below with simulated day and night cycles. The city are interconnected by a web of tunnels, and in an hour they are escorted directly into the center of the city, the Government Capitol. The leader of the Hegemony himself is present, clad in a leader's battlearmor specifically designed for the current leader of the Hegemony.

"My friends, I am Elzeke Blytheriz, leader of the Diyelir people. I'm on a mission for one of our people's allies when I was briefed about you and your helpful companion, so I immediately went back here as soon as I've found out.. I'm glad we finally found one of our lost brethren. Welcome to Frontreiweld Elyss, visitors. As for you," he said, pointing at Raionhato, "...Eteruans, if I have it correctly. My people are at awe with our humble assistance to aid our lost brothers in their journey of getting back here. I hope the voyage wasn't perilous or such. I am told as well about what happened recently with your nation. My condolences. As a humble thanks for all the troubles we've caused, we will help in rebuilding your society. Just tell us what kind of planet do you specifically need and we can relocated you as soon and as fast as we can." Elzeke said. "By the way, come with me. I'll tour you around."

Elzeke was then seen calling a trio of soldier platoons to assist them. "By the way, the men that are assisting us are called Heroes. Exceptional and promising soldiers who've gotten their way out their duty to do heroic acts of valor, earning them the title. They are the Capitol state's soldier units, the elite among the elite. They'll be making sure that you will be finally secure while you stay here."

Upon witnessing the cradle of the Diyelian civilization had the Eteruans truly witness a mighty interstellar nation. Epokku who having been promoted to the head of her people after being deemed to be better suited for the position, was simply gazing in child like wonder like her Eirfvenzienian friends. When she saw the armoured planet she thought if she could get a blueprint to send to the VCC so she could buy these defenses cheaper and with better quality. But she had a suspicious that the Diyelians are somewhat fond of their designs. Thus she kept to herself and admired everything about the Twin Cities. When it was time to be escorted to the Government Capitol she walked with the proper form of a leader. There she saw the person who overlooks the Titan of War, The Leader of the Hegemony. When he pointed to her friend Raionhatō it was at that moment the both of them forgot to tell the others about the change in command. Calm she sent a chakra pattern to Raionhatō that he will continue to act as leader for the time being. The Okami sent a signal back to the Usagi in agreement as he replied, "On the behalf of Eteru we are deeply humbled by this thankful gift," He gave a formal bow before resuming his speech, "I would be both humbled and honored to go on a tour. However I wish to make a small request to bring my Head Scientist Epokku along with us, as she has as much political power as myself, for I am still such a admiral."

Elzeke nodded at Raionhato.

"Sure gentleman. Is she your acting leader?" Elzeke said. "By the way, Lyrniux... if I'm saying your name correctly. How's that planet now? It seems that after a thousand years you are able to evolve and survive the harsh nuclear winter we intentionally set up on the planet. Thank any deity that you are a Diyelian by blood, for we have something that will truly makes us stand in the face of a desperate situation. For your survival lies deep inside you, within the very core of your origins." he pointed at Lyrniux, the old man obviously stunned at him doing it. "Anyway, this is the Frontreia, the seat of the central government. All people living are the highest officials of the government and their families, as well as delegates from the other sectors. This building that you see here," musing the large angular underground tower extending up to the ceiling of the cavern system. "...is the Capitol building where I reside and where all official affairs happen. Since I have you as important, official visitors, I will personally assist all of you today regarding some matters. But since I am really on an important mission, I cannot really stay for too long, as I am equally needed as well. No worries, whatever happens my men will be here to assist you. I promise to personally check about your well-being once I get back from the mission. For now, let's go the Great Hall of Frontreia and have a feast!" Elzeke cheerfully said.

-LYRNIUX POV-

Lyrniux was still feeling a bit nervous due to extreme excitement, of finally setting foot on the land of their myths. It feels like going and being accompanied through the afterlife. As they entered the great corridors of this powerful empire, he felt a sense of pride in his lineage.

When told by the Diyelian's leader that their "survival lies deep inside them", he suddenly became curious about their anatomy and what really a species with a Diyelian ancestry is.

"Hey, Raionhato." he whispered to the Eteruan Admiral. "I am really getting more curious about all of this. All of these wonders feels like going into the afterlife, I've never thought that we would be able to reach this kind of place, which was a few months ago was still an object of debate whether it's myth or not. I feel like I'm ready to die anytime." he said, gasping at exactly everything that he saw. The Diyelian just chuckled about their childish curiosity. "Diyelian blood. It's obviously running in their veins." Elzeke said.

After a few minutes, they arrived into the great hall, a thousand fold more majestic than the halls of Vedreus Zeon. Tens of steaming giant beasts cooked into perfection coupled with overflowing fruits and vegetables lines up the arena like dining hall of the building. The heavenly smell of it surrounds the room and delves its guest into an ecstatic gluttony as they ravenously crave for a bite, as if they will now be eating their last meal on paradise.

"Welcome to Frontreiweld Elyss, the Diyelian's own brand of paradise!" Elzeke greeted them in the midst of deafening cheers from the Diyelian citizens joining them, with the sound of patriotic battle hymns singing loudly in the background.

Meanwhile...

"Sir, we are able to get reinforcement from the remaining surviving rebels from the neighboring nation." a Eirfvenzienian in tattered makeshift armor and gas mask said as he approached the commander of the surviving resistance force. "We also managed to sabotaged a supply convoy and get food for our citizens, this includes a few seeds to propagate so we can farm the hidden oasis in the middle of this secret valley." he added, providing documents about the previous raid that they successfully completed. "Lastly, Kildanri on the southern edge of Eirfvenzien, the manufacturing nation beyond the Great Green Lake has initiated a nationwide rebellion. Our forces outside are getting stronger, Sir."

"Good, how much forces do we currently have?" the commander asked. "About a million men strong." answered the soldier. "Perfect. We'll go and reinforce our forces, I want this hell-hole to be a fully capable and self-sustaining fortress while we are waiting for Marshall Lyrniux to arrive." the soldier agrees, leaving after giving a salute. The commander was then seen on his seat, thinking deeply as he looks into a mountain of documents and a clutter of guns and bullets.

-Maulgrisentir, Lord Algatranz's Hall-

"My lord, Kildanri has declared a rebellion against us! The forces on the neighboring country was almost decimated and was turned into a band of savages. Remnants of Eirfvenzien still exists, and proved to be an annoyance to us by their successful raids that they used to fund other nations into joining their aid. So far, they managed to continue stirring up dissident's spirits to rally against our mighty dominion." an ironclad soldier said, bowing in front of the ruthless tyrant. "They really are a nuisance in the first place. Continue torturing any remnant of them that still exist and heavily bomb any nation continuing to resist our might. One by one they will succumb to the heels of Maulgrisentir." Algatranz ordered. "Never spare anyone, be it soldiers or civilians, men and women. Kill even the children, elderly and disabled."

"Understood, my Lord." the soldier said, walking away. The tyrant was left, laughing maniacally in his throne. "So you like playing games, eh? Let's see."

As the feast went underway songs were sung and stories were shared, as the hours tolled some of the Eteruans yawned as their bellies become full and warm. Some excused themselves and would find someplace to take a nap. Raionhato and Epokku enjoyed themselves as they conversed with Lyrniux and Elzeke. As the feast goes onto into afternoon hours the Eteruans that headed to bed early were having strange, vivid dreams with a low sound of drums in the background. Dreams of infinite starlight's of ancient stars, Nebula's cast asundered, dying worlds of grand design, as if these were long forgotten memories. Unaware that light years away the source was coming deep within a rouge moon, inside the forgotten temple. To some of those within the hall they too hear the sound of drums, however they were so low and distant that they passed it off as echos from the music. Unaware on how the current of fate is flowing them towards their destiny.

Everything was alive and merry, like they were in the bliss of living in a utopia. As laughs were replaced by the gentle sound of the weary warriors sleeping in comfort, faint whispers echoed through the halls of the Frontreiweld Elyss. Some visiting soldiers, majority Ascendants whose psionic abilities was fully unlocked, together with several Endbringers, and  some Pridewielders and regular Patriot soldiers, heard it as well. Wondering what it is, they just shrugged it off later, thinking it was just a product of their psionically aware imagination. However, they remain vigilant about the voices, wary of anything that might lurk into gentlest breeze.

Two days later, Elzeke politely bid goodbye and went back to his current mission with their allies still unknown to the visitors. Raionhato wondered what these allies are that they have the attention of the Scheifareux himself. He began asking Raionhato and Epokku about their thoughts of how powerful their long lost brothers are.

Before leaving, they were left at the care of Elzeke's righthand- Dazreiak Galdynri. He was a calm and polite man, serving more like their humble assistant than an envoy that's just touring them into the planet. They went into different places on the Originworld, most especially the historical ones, like the legendary plains of Mortiscalla, and many other sites. A few days later and they received a good news coming from the Scheifareux previous request. "Great news! We will be touring you around in some of our sectors and worlds to see more about Diyelian life. Also we will be sending as well massive Emissary Fleets to your planet, Lyrniux and a dozen Worldbuilder Fleets to your aid Epokku and Raionhato to assist in rebuilding your civilization. However, my dear friends, even though we will help you in reclaiming a brand new world as your own without a price, one thing will be certain. As you are not an official ally to the Diyelians, and this is more as a courtesy for all your hardwork, we will personally build the worlds you will claim according to your needs  and wants, but we will never hand out any blueprints or sensitive information to you. I hope you can understand." Dazreiak said in a cheerful, yet very serious tone.

Dazreiak simply nodded. "Good thing that every details was understood as fast as it can be. We will depart within a day. Pack your things up, you'll be seeing how us Diyelirs live our lives." he added.

After a day, thousands of Diyelian ships flown out of orbit towards the hyperlanes that connects the capitol system to other sectors of the Hegemony. The visitors ships are left on the system and was safely secured. The Eirfvenzienians ships are studied in particular due to it technically being an obsolete ship model that was never mass-produced during the Great Wars, and is becoming an object of fascination as to how they can improve the design and establish larger ones to accommodate their lost comrade's population. After a few hours of travelling, they arrived at the Hegemony's core of scientific research, the third sector- Theiel Schregre. They arrived at Leirdar Telscheiar, home of the planet Zelirweig IV where the center of the sector is located. The system is similar to any Diyelian systems, heavily-fortified planets modified for specifics used and guarded by sophisticated array of defense stations.

"Here we are! Welcome to Theiel Schregre, the scientific haven of the Hegemony. We are going to Zelirweig IV, orbiting on that star named Leirdar Telscheiar, to get permission to further visit their planets. All planets here are modified for scientific research, the main type of planets are called Arkworlds and are technically Terra-formed sanctuaries with those Dyson rings built around as research and observation stations." Dazreiak said. "Good thing about that is we will be personally assisted by one of the Scheifareux's daughters, Scheleina. She's one of the brightest scientists working here, and one of most promising. We will be having passes aboard the planet's installation." he added.

Lyrniux felt a rush of excitement, as he'll be seeing more technologies that was just merely excavating before, but now alive and working. "Oh, oh, oh! I love all of this! All this technologies, I'm almost getting drowned at the sight!" he said to Raionhato and Eppoku while gazing with child-like awe upon the window of the ship.

-Back on the planet-

"My lord! Kildanri has been fully isolated and cut off from any form of reinforcements. Any time soon they will be surrendering." a surviving soldier said, coming directly from the frontlines. Algatranz gave a maniacal laugh at great news and his men cheered together with him in the midst of bloodbath.

"My people! This is the time that we are waiting for! This world will be ours! Glory to Maugrisentir!" deafening battle cries raged across the lands, followed by the earth-shaking march of a million soldier strong to the capital of Kildanri. Before they arrived at the city, nukes was unleashed from the city. In an astonishing chain of events, in what they thought as the city's final ace, the nukes fall back on the city itself, evidently putting up a self-destruction, supposedly decimating any form of matter in the area, alive or not. "See? They chose death over serving our heels! That's how pathetic they are! Glory to Maulgrisentirians!" another thundering roars of war was heard, this one being clear victorious, against the background of death and survivors being taken captive.

The scientific haven of the Hegemony certainly sounded like heaven to Epokku as she was the head scientist. Her gaze was filled with stars and Raionhato was most humbled by the mighty glory. As expected the Epokku was the first to shoot questions, "It would be a honor to meet Scheleina, I would love to spend even a moment to chat with her," She squealed which earned a chuckle from her Okami friend, he then look onward with a more serious friend "As friends I feel I can share this with you, you recall the data I received correct? Well for the pass weeks my men and myself included have been receiving vivid dreams with the moon being the most frequent. Dreams of a graveyard of wonders and vast tomb worlds. And the voice, always the alien voice that calls us to the moon. It's not chaotic, more ancient and otherworldly. So with our permission we wish to open up the moon for study for this haven so the secret is uncovered. We will also share any wonders found with the Hegemony as tribute."

After a few hours of strict verification process and spaceport security, they are able to land into the Arkworld Zelirweig IV, or Zelirweig Prime as the sectormen calls it. They were transported to the capital city of the planet via transport planes, some of them rode towards the massive underground rail system of the planet. After arriving at the capital city, they were greeted by the Taschnukreit of the sector. "Welcome to Theiel Schregre. I am Nielzohn Reintz, Taschnukreit, their Taschnukreit. I am also the prime scientist of the whole sector, so if you have any concerns, you can tell me. By the way, I want you to meet my contingent," the Taschnukreit said, pointing at the delegates behind them. One of them cheerfully runs towards them, and greeted the visitors.

"Hello! I'm Scheleina Blytheriz, daughter of the Scheifareux. I'm working and living here as a scientist captain of a specific government laboratory. It's nice to meet you." she said, holding Lyrniux and examining almost every part of him. "My dad said a lot about you. And oh yeah, cool! You really are a peculiar sort of a Diyelian. I'm excited to examine your anatomy so we can see what happened to your bodies." she said in a very cheerful manner that Lyrniux just became worried about these "tests". "Come one! Let's go to our laboratory! We'll show you our technologies!" she gleefully added. "Uhm... oh. I'm sorry, my leader. Can I personally assist them? If you may..." she then quickly asked after forgetting that they are supposedly speaking to the Taschnukreit.

"Nah, 'course it's fine. I'm really having an important mission provided by your dad anyway. So you're free to escort them." Nielzohn replied. "By the way boys, here's Scheleina. She can further help with all of your inquiries. If you need further assistance, you can contact me anytime and I'll gladly provide it. See you then folks!" he happily added.

Scheleina gladly went back to them and escorted the thousand-men contingent towards their destination.

The thousand strong contingent happily walk to their destination with many things on their minds. Some were pondering about the distant drumming, others wanting to know more about the Diyelians, while others imply wish to know more about the universe. As this went on things began to turn elsewhere, not in this galaxy but somewhere far beyond. Where eternal stars still shine in the forgotten void. In the Galaxy of Kybalion forces have begun to stir. An small group no more then three people trveld through the ruins of a Tomb World in the Jōshō Sector, the dead heart of the Ōtsutsuki Ascendancy. The eerily silence that lasted for generations was being broken by the steps of the trio. After a while they came to a temple-like structure that stood the test of time and went inside.

After a few minutes of travelling on the city, they arrived at the Capitol building. "Welcome to the Capitol building of Theiel Schregre! Actually this government hall is more like the largest technological research and development facility in the Hegemony, so expect to see lots of exploding materials and marauding animals.' Scheleina said. Upon arriving at the gargantuan skyscraper, the inside of it is really unexpected. It is a large sanctuary, expanding a few kilometers in diameters. Artificial bodies of land and see pockmarked the surface, complete with mountains, valleys, lakes and river. Gargantuan and exotic fauna and flora can be seen, and are being studied by thousands of the sector's scientist citizens. Upon getting the lift up towards the higher floors of the Capitol, they witness countless different feats of Diyelian technological advancements. There are floors in which several weird, towering mechsuits measuring about 25 feet are being constructed, floors in which their ships are being tested, floors in which several weaponry are being test-fired to see the results and floors in which various genetic and bio-mechanical experimentation are happening.

They stopped at about halfway through the top of the building, and arrived into an area still somewhat connected to the experimentation area. "Here we go! This is the bio-signature and species identification and registration area. This is where we get genetic sample to see what your genetic make up looks like. If you wanna see how much Diyelian biogenome is left in your bodies, you can volunteer to provide some samples. Just a drop of your blood would be enough." Scheleina explained. Lyrniux volunteered on behalf of his contingent. After a few minutes of chatting, they received the records.

"Okay, let's see." the young maiden said, while checking the results, a large group of scientist accompanying the contingent now and getting some physical examinations to be saved on their records. "Cool! As far as we can see, your biosignature is still 100% Diyelian! But the more interesting fact is that your dormant evolution genes, known to us by the name of Ascendancy Gene has adapted to living in a harsh, radioactive environment, evident of the traces of biohazard materials in your cells. Normally, our Ascendancy Gene can become activated by exposing ourselves in a very dangerous and life-threatening external stimuli. In your case, the massive radioactivity from your homeworld, and on our end, the introduction of the Novashadow symbiote to our body systems. Right now, since all Diyelians are equipped with this symbiote, either by inheriting from birth or manually applied via vaccination, there's no more Diyelian that has a dormant Ascendancy Gene. So you're all technically Diyelians with a gifted ability for extreme habitability." Scheleina elaborately explained. Lyrniux and his men was put in awe with all these explanations. "Oh, I see. That's why we are able to survive through our irradiated wastelands and turn into a thriving civilization. Cool!" he replied. "However, activating our genes would result into a catastrophic consequences. Once activated, it can never be switched off again, and will adapt only to the previous stimuli that triggered it. That's why psionics somehow a disaster to us when we forced ourselves to activate it as well. You see the previous gigantic war machines down there?" the young scientist paused, pointing down below the previous lower floor. "Those are being used for our Endbringers, hulking machines in which our disabled soldiers becomes the 'soul' of it. Most of the time, it happens due to very dangerous missions encountered by our military, but right now the increasing number of reason would be because of the forced psionic awakening getting out of hand." Scheleina said, then continued. "Anyway, how about you Eppoku, what exactly are you folks made of. And that moon-temple thing that you said, could you give us the exact coordinates? After your tour here, we'll be helping you build your worlds and as well investigate that satellite that you have. Maybe it will show some interesting things to us."

Epokku was more then happy to respond, "Well ever since we invented quantum mechanics we had discovered bizarre background radiation coating our entire molecule structure. Along with that we detected strong space-time distortion in the form of odd vibrations coming off our bodies no matter the race. Other then that we have a unique energy called Chakra that runs in a pathway system that serve the same function for chakra as blood vessels do for blood. Along the chakra pathways, there are 361 nodes called tenketsu that control the flow of chakra like circuit breakers. I've brought a tablet containing every biological information about us," She would hand over a small tablet before replying, "Anyways regarding the moon we have been receiving odd dreams from it and discovered a anomaly on it that was not there before. The only thing we knew about it that it too had vibration-like distortion in space-time but it was very faint like it was sleeping."

"Oh, cool!" Scheleina said, getting a few drops of blood as well as chakra samples from everyone of them for the Diyelirs to study. After a few minutes, she goes back with the result. "What an amazing anatomy. Though you have different physical forms, all of you have a single genetic makeup! And your chakra is basically an chemo-electrical type of natural cosmic energy flowing from specialized energy regulator system. Also, about the background radiation, we confirmed that there is indeed instability within your anatomical processes, like your body is syncing and metamorphosing in another form. Is that a normal Eteruan body process?" she asked, wondering if they're like the Krith F'ormiks who undergoes different stages of life cycle.

This news seem to have shocked some of the Eteruans except for Epokku who had a thoughtful look, "No we do not, or at least we thought so. But this bring up the controversial around our origin. We always theroised the God Tree creating the diverse races, but there were not any solid evidence that suggested that. If this is true, then the Moon has something to do with all of this and most likely hold the answers."

"God tree? Why on history are you worshiping an over-sized flora?" Scheleina wondered. "And also, what do you intend to do first? Are you interested more in unveiling your ancestry, or find a new world you can call home?" she added, shrugging about what's more important for this peculiar species. "Also, we'll be needing some quick review about your technology."
