A Diyelian scout party is patrolling far past the borders of the Hegemony in the Galactic Northeast, in their usual duty on behalf of the Triumvirate Assembly. While patrolling along the galactic fringes somewhere above the Chrymerion territories in the outer-left edge of the galaxy, they stumbled upon weak life signals emanating from a star-system nearby. The ever-curious Diyelians quickly went into the origin of the signal, and as they get nearer the origin, the signal became somewhat stronger, providing a rough database of a space-age civilization inhabiting or colonizing the planets on the system.

The Diyelians, which are not usually comfortable using stealth or cloaking technology, studied the natives (or colonists, they have to confirm that yet) instead by using their surveillance technology and monitored them outside the star system.

"Colonization contingent, If I see it correctly," said one of the scientists aboard the scouting fleet. "Yeah, I believe that too." replied the designated commander of the scouting party. "Send a relay to our people in the nearest station that can provide an expedition. Provide them the coordinates and pass the information as well to other members of the Assembly. Check if they already have information on their databank regarding this species." he said, as he command the communications officer aboard. "Yes, my leader. Relay being sent along with the coordinates. The Assembly has been notified as well for additional information." answered the crew, typing fast the information in Diyelian. "Would there be anything else?"

"No, that would be all, thank you." he finally said. "Hail, my leader!" and everyone gets back to  monitoring the species.
